It was definitely a fun-filled February at the preschool! We focused on the letters H & Q, the number 7, the shape of a heart, and the color red. For the first two weeks, we learned all about our 5 senses. The children loved going on a listening walk and using our sense of touch to guess what was in a mystery box. Then, the week of the 14th, we focused on Valentine’s Day and God’s love for each one of us. Our Valentine’s party was so fun and the children brought the coolest decorated boxes for their cards. We conclude the month by learning about fairy tales and the various
characteristics of a story! It is so great to see the children absorb new information
each day.

Next month, we will be celebrating Dr. Seuss, St. Patrick, and the season of Spring. The preschool will be closed during the week of March 28th due to spring break. It will be a busy and exciting month ahead!
