The Link is a new ministry starting the Summer of '08! We are focused on bringing teens from La Rue and the surrounding community into a relationship with Christ. Our focus is exposing teens to the power of Jesus Christ and the plan he has for their life. God's grace and Jesus' sacrifice is a gift of salvation to those who believe. We strive to serve and honor God through our actions and our commitment to doing his will.

The Link is a way to fellowship and grow as a Christian with other believers, especially those your own age. We have countless fun activies, both at the church and away for the church for teens to participate in. We allow teens to learn and be themselves in a fun, relaxed atmosphere, all the while learning and growing in Christ.

The leaders, Justin and Mary Price, have been part of La Rue United Methodist Church for three years, have over five years as youth leaders, and have been a part of the La Rue community since, well, since Justin was two! They are fun, Christ loving, young adults who love to teach, hang out, play sports, and serve God! They are both 25 years old and have two children, Abbey (2 yr. old) and Allison (1 yr. old).
